After 12 pm please contact us before placing the order if possibility available then we schedule your order on the same day with additional delivery charges.

Q. Do you deliver in Suburb Area’s of Cites?

Yes, We have corner or Suburb area service in Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Faisalabad main areas with additional charges. We deliver anywhere in the whole city but Main Area’s delivery has free and Suburb area’s delivery has charges accordingly.

If you place your order with standard free delivery option. Then your Gifts will deliver in 12 to 8:30 pm in this duration delivery possible any time.

Q. How I can place an order with Hour Specific and Midnight Delivery?

Hour Specific and Midnight delivery we take order 1 day before. 

In Hour specific delivery you can select any one hour in between 12 to 8:30 pm and we deliver your gifts in your selected Hour.
In Midnight delivery also required order placement 1 day before and midnight delivery timing is 11:30 pm to 12:30 am in this hour delivery possible any time.
Both options have charges as well accordingly.

Q. What is 3 Hours delivery?

We take urgent delivery order till 7 pm and your order delivery time will start after placing the order. Charges also apply for this delivery. This service only available in Islamabad Rawalpindi Karachi and Lahore.

Q. Can we place an order after 12 pm?

Only Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi & Faisalabad main area’s deliveries possible after 12 pm. We take order after 12 pm as well but it totally depends on possibility and delivery charges also applied for this delivery. So While placing the order please confirm from us by contacting us.

Yes, we take orders all over the world and you can easily send us payment by your Credit and Debit Card if their international Online Payment session is activated and other options also available down below.
Online Payment through Debit, Credit Card, Paypal
Offline Payment through Online Bank Transfer, Western Union, Jazz Cash or Easypaisa & Cash on Delivery.
If you transfer payment by bank transfer and your bank account, not Pakistani Bassed then it takes a minimum 12 hours for receiving the payment in our account and your order will be confirmed after deposit the payment in our account.

For the Same flavour of cake, every bakery has its own design & bakeries also change design time to time, So complaint regarding the design of cake cannot be entertained & pictures will be just for guidance & design can be different. However, we fully guarantee the quality and quantity of the product mentioned on our website.

We make sure on DrBake.pk customer has all kind of option for Quality, Please note Any complaint regarding the “taste” of the eatables which is based on personal likes or dislikes, will not be entertained, unless the product is rotten.

Customer Complaint can be submitted in 24 hours of delivery for Non-perishable items, for Perishable & Food items 3 hours, We will work with you and we will replace the items with the return of previous items from you if there was a genuine compromise in the quality of the product. if mentioned timing expired since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For Perishable & Food items 70% plus product should be returned for replacement.   

In the condition of unavailability of the product ordered, We reserve the right to offer substitute products for equal or greater value,

Delivery Details:

Our Standard Free Delivery timing is 12 PM to 9:30 PM as mentioned on the front page of our website your gifts will be delivered any time within this. For Same day Free delivery if you order before 2 PM Pakistan times delivery cut off timing for same-day delivery will be till 10:30 PM.

Time-specific deliveries are available if you have issues of timing about your delivery for that order minimum 24 hours before & Extra delivery charges will apply. In the condition of rare delay of more than 30 Minutes in time-specific delivery, only delivery charges will be returned.

Unfortunately, in the condition of traffic jams, suppliers items not ready for delivery, law and order issues, rainy weather, we, unfortunately, can’t guarantee delivery timing, we will try our best to deliver within delivery hours though.

Also on On events/holidays (Eid, New Years, Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day etc.) our standard delivery timing is 11 AM to 11 PM and we do not take order’s for time-specific and midnight during Occasions and Events. Our customer service representatives will guide you about your queries, during the rush of customers, Namaz, Lunch or tea breaks you can leave a message, as soon as our representative will be available. He/she will guide & update you. For Sunday Office timing will be 11 AM-10 PM. 

We have same day, day specific and hour specific service only in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi main areas, Same day delivery also available for these cities on orders before 2 PM Pakistan times, after that you can contact us if delivery possible then we take order after 2 PM as well but delivery charges will apply. For other areas & same-day delivery after 2 PM, Contact our customer service.

Other cities delivery also available only for the main city, we have the option to deliver non-perishable gifts like Perfumes, Clothes, wallet, dry fruits, chocolates, Artificial Flowers by Courier to your address. After your order it will be delivered in next 7-5 days date cannot be fixed, delivery charges also apply for this service.

Troubles in Delivery: 

In conditions of invalid, non-working or non – responding contact # of receiver for delivery of incomplete address extra, your order can be wasted & we will not be able to refund or re-deliver due to perishable items, particularly. In many areas of Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad & Rawalpindi house & street numbers are not mentioned clearly or not in a sequence, So in all these conditions, valid working receiver contact # is mandatory for a surprise or normal deliveries. If the area/city selected on the website is different than the actual address DrBake.pk will not accept any responsibility for non-delivery & refund.

Refund & Cancellation:

In any condition if you like to cancel an order please forward your request 24 hours before less than 12 hours timing we will not be able to cancel your order or refund any payment due to advance payments to concern bakeries, flowers vendors, Garments & other brands. For items which required order before 2-7 days, cancellation options may not be available, due to order or items dispatched for delivery or in the condition of making.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. On rare occasions, Drbake.pk offers a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund approved, then your refund will be processed & you will receive a refund in standard refund timing of your bank which is normally 8-15 business days, but it can vary bank to bank, for exact timing call to your bank helpline & ask them what is there standard timing for refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
